Return and Refund Policy

At Eldryn Glow Studio, we aim to make every shopping experience simple and dependable. If a product does not meet your expectations or there is an issue with your order, the return and refund terms below will apply.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Original packaging should be included when applicable, and proof of purchase or a valid order number may be required.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or tampered beauty, skincare, and personal care products may not qualify for return.

Return Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns for:

1. Opened or used beauty and skincare products
2. Final sale or clearance merchandise
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom-made products
5. Items damaged through misuse or improper care
6. Products returned without prior approval

Submitting a Return Request

Before returning an item, please contact our customer care team and provide your order number, the product involved, and a short explanation of the reason for the return.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, clear photos of the product and packaging may be requested.

Approved requests will receive instructions for completing the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. When an order issue is caused by Eldryn Glow Studio, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

We recommend using a trackable return shipping service. Eldryn Glow Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed while being returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the item, packaging, or shipping label may be requested to help us verify the issue and determine the best available solution.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by Eldryn Glow Studio.

Exchanges and Order Cancellations

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If you would like a different product, please complete the approved return process and place a new order.

Cancellation requests must be made before an order is processed or shipped. Orders already shipped are subject to this return policy.
